• What kind of car it is?
• 1987 Mercedes-Benz W115 250 D.
• Is the fuel consumption really true?
• Yes, it is. The owner's manual says the fuel consumption at staedy 90 km/h is 5,4 l on every 100 kilometers. Most of the driving I have is about 90 km/h. Of course I also try to be as gentle with gas pedal as I can. Becasuse there isn't any kind of software, just electromecanical systems in the car, the most important part of engine control system is located between drives ears. That's why you can see how you drive from your average fuel bill.
